Multiple Orders: We are happy to combine shipping if you wish to purchase more than one item. However, as we currently have a flat rate for a single item, shipping cost may vary depending on size and weight and you may be charged per item at the point of sale. We are happy to combine orders, work out the actual cost and refund any overpayments on shipping. Alternatively, you can contact us in advance to calculate shipping for multiple orders.

Your items will be carefully packaged, and bags will include care instructions.

Firstly, we hope you love your purchase and do not have any need to return an item! However, if for any reason you do want to return an item, please contact us if there is a problem and we will do our utmost to help.

Items may be returned providing they are in an unused/unworn condition along with the original packaging and tags.

Returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date. 

Refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

Refunds do not include the return postage fee, unless the item is damaged/faulty.

We also offer repairs (where possible) on goods purchased from us. Please contact us if you need an item repaired.
